BWAB and its affiliated entities constantly monitor the marketplace for unique opportunities involving oil and gas reserves throughout the United States. We look at transactions that range in size from $250,000 - $500,000,000. Our capital resources are provided by internally generated cash flows derived from owned oil and gas properties, in conjunction with long-standing relationships with certain families, individuals, and industry partners.

BWAB’s acquisitions are based on carefully selected, geologically proven oil and gas properties, and each acquisition and/or development project is evaluated on the basis of geological character, reservoir potential, product marketability, cash flow and return on investment. Our goal is to acquire high-quality producing oil and gas properties with low operating cost levels, established production rates and predictably long production lives.
