BWAB Oil & Gas is a privately held independent energy company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. BWAB Oil & Gas has been extremely successful in building a diversified portfolio of oil and gas assets that has generated profits every year since inception. This success has been achieved through key acquisitions, a talented team and adherence to a disciplined approach in our investment decision making.

Over the years we have accumulated a wide variety of assets ranging from non-operated oil and gas wells to mineral interests throughout the United States.

BWAB Oil & Gas is actively pursuing all methods to grow the oil and gas assets of the company by acquiring existing production and enhancing the performance of existing assets. Unlike some companies, BWAB Oil & Gas does not place many artificial boundary conditions on potential opportunities that it is willing to pursue or evaluate; for example, specific plays or basins, minimum acquisition size, gas versus oil, etc.

We have a proven record of successful acquisition and development and are constantly on the lookout for more opportunities to develop oil and natural gas assets and reveal value where it had previously been hidden. Our geographic target is centered in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions of the United States, and our portfolio and capabilities include a wide range of geologic settings.

STEVEN ROITMAN · CHAIRMAN & CEO

Steven focuses on the strategic direction of the company, investment policy, financing activities and the identification of attractive assets for acquisition. He entered the energy industry working for Petro Lewis. Roitman earned his Bachelor of Finance degree in Business from the University of Denver.

DAVID ROITMAN · OPERATIONS

David has held a number of essential positions. He currently oversees accounting, corporate controls and tax management. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.

KATHLEEN CERNOHOUS · ACCOUNTANT

Kathleen is responsible for accounting, human resources, and employee benefits. She earned her Associate in Business Degree from the American Institute of Business.

WILLIAM G. MILLS II · LANDMAN

Bill negotiates acquisitions, mineral rights and business agreements. He joined BWAB after working for Texaco, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University.

MAXWELL BEGOON · OPERATIONS

Max focuses on the strategic evaluation of potential business development opportunities. Max earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

DYLAN JOHNSON · OPERATIONS

Dylan's focus is concentrated on strategic profitability initiatives and corporate development. Dylan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
