Steven focuses on the strategic direction of the company, investment policy, financing activities and the identification of attractive assets for acquisition. He entered the energy industry working for Petro Lewis. Roitman earned his Bachelor of Finance degree in Business from the University of Denver.
DAVID ROITMAN · OPERATIONS
David has held a number of essential positions. He currently oversees accounting, corporate controls and tax management. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.
KATHLEEN CERNOHOUS · ACCOUNTANT
Kathleen is responsible for accounting, human resources, and employee benefits. She earned her Associate in Business Degree from the American Institute of Business.
WILLIAM G. MILLS II · LANDMAN
Bill negotiates acquisitions, mineral rights and business agreements. He joined BWAB after working for Texaco, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University.

Max focuses on the strategic evaluation of potential business development opportunities. Max earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
